missingWrote a review on Nov 20room cleanliness
The room needs an update, with crooked plaster and fading paint. There are no late-night reception services, so if you arrive after 8 or 9 PM, you're on your own. Hot water issues were reported in some rooms, and claims of cleanliness, especially regarding the bathrooms, may vary between experiences.

Family with children-friendly
The room was spacious and had this great sitting area, perfect for us to relax after a long day. The breakfast had a decent variety, love that they had different types of eggs, made it easier for the kids to find something they liked.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for, right.

fantastic base for exploring prague's vibrant attractions
my stay was delightful, especially enjoying the short walk to old town square which is just over 2 kilometers away, and discovering a charming bakery just a few steps from the hotel for delicious pastries to fuel my day of exploration.

The breakfast spread was impressive, with fresh fruits and eggs done in several ways making mornings enjoyable. I took advantage of the lovely rooftop sun terrace and the cozy lounge area to unwind after a day out. The only downside was the limited parking options nearby, but it didn't ruin my overall experience! 😊

I enjoyed a spacious room on the 3rd floor, which stayed surprisingly quiet. The bathroom was clean, with a great shower. Breakfast had a wide variety of meats and fruits. Cooked options. I appreciated the 15% discount at the hotel's restaurant where the Czech goulash tasted fantastic. However, the breakfast room got crowded and the smoke from the kitchen lingered, which made it hard to enjoy breakfast. I had issues with the Wi-Fi. it was inconsistent, and when I tried to reach the reception, the phone was out of order. Some staff didn’t seem very friendly, and finding English-speaking channels on the TV was a challenge. Despite a few hiccups, the stay was generally pleasant due to the spacious room and dining opportunities.
